3. About the MTP-Exchange Marketplace
MTP-Exchange is a digital marketplace and technology infrastructure designed to connect tourism service providers, destination management companies (DMCs), tour operators, travel agencies, distributors, and customers.
The Platform provides integrated technology for product presentation, availability management, reservations, bookings, payment service provider integration, and related business operations.
MTP-Exchange operates as a technology and marketplace infrastructure provider. It does not independently organize, operate, sell, or deliver tourism services offered by third-party suppliers.
Tourism products and services are offered and sold by the respective independent sellers or service providers. The contractual relationship for a purchased tourism service exists between the customer and the relevant seller or contractual service provider.
Customer payments are processed through the respective seller's own payment service provider merchant account. MTP-Exchange does not collect, receive, or hold customer payments in its own accounts.
The respective seller remains responsible for contractual obligations, pricing, service descriptions, booking conditions, invoicing, customer documentation, and delivery of the purchased services. The Platform may generate and deliver documents on behalf of the relevant seller, but does not issue them in its own name.
4. Responsibility for Content
The Platform Operator is responsible for its own content in accordance with applicable law.
Information about tourism products and services, including descriptions, prices, availability, images, and booking conditions, is provided by independent sellers and service providers.
Each content provider is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information it publishes.
MTP-Exchange does not generally verify all third-party content before publication. Statutory obligations to address unlawful content remain unaffected.
5. Copyright and Intellectual Property
The MTP-Exchange Platform, including its software, technical architecture, design, trademarks, and original content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content published by independent suppliers remains the intellectual property of its respective owners or authorized licensors.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of protected content without appropriate authorization is prohibited, except where permitted by applicable law.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. The respective external website operators are responsible for their own content.
MTP-Exchange does not control the content of external websites and assumes no responsibility for such content except where liability is established under applicable law.
